Q: Do you have the capacity to support a large project?

A: We have a large variety of machinery and an even larger customer base, however, we can fit in most any project given enough lead time. Your best option is to contact us for a quote as soon as you see the need. We will work with you to create a reasonable lead time for supporting your project.

Q: What is your working envelope?

A: Lathes go up to 47.5" swing. Mills go up to 84" X 32", however, we have a few mills where we can open a side door which enables us to run a long part out and machine in sections. For a more detailed list you can go here.

Q: What materials do you work with?

A: We specialize in precision machining of all types of metals including hard metals such as Inconel, Titanium, Invar, stainless steel, and aluminum. We also work well with plastics and composites.

Q: What Programming software do you use?

A: Unigraphics, MasterCam, Catia 5

Q: Which industries do you support?

A: We support Aerospace companies including both military contracts and commercial aviation, satellite programs, laboratory and medical equipment, the energy industry including: solar, wind, nuclear, oil & gas and conventional power plants, heavy equipment, robotics, food processing, car racing and a host of others. We will support anyone who needs machining as long as we have have a machine large enough to accommodate the project.
